To vote in Minnesota, you must be a U.S. citizen, at least 18 years old on Election Day, and a resident of Minnesota for at least 20 days.

Ways to Register:

• Online: Visit mnvotes.gov (requires a MN driver’s license, ID card, or the last four digits of your SSN).

• By Mail: Download and print a paper application from the Secretary of State website.

• Same-Day Registration: You can register at your polling place on Election Day. You will need proof of residence, such as a MN Driver's License or a utility bill (electronic or paper) dated within 30 days.
